Manuscript Submission

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy
Authors may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools only to assist with language improvement or manuscript preparation where appropriate. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of all submitted content. AI tools must not be listed as authors and should not replace human responsibility for scholarly work.
Open Access and Copyright
IJMSDH is an Open Access journal. All published articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication without subscription or access charges.
Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits unrestricted use, distribution, adaptation, and reproduction in any medium, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material included in their manuscript.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
IJMSDH does not charge any manuscript submission fee. An Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.

After Acceptance
Following acceptance, the manuscript enters the production stage, during which copyediting, typesetting, proofreading, DOI registration, and final publication are completed.
- Authors will receive page proofs for final review.
- Only minor typographical or formatting corrections should be made at the proof stage.
- Major scientific changes are generally not permitted after acceptance unless approved by the Editorial Office.
- Accepted articles are published in the scheduled journal issue after completion of the production process.
Manuscript Withdrawal
Authors may request withdrawal of a manuscript before a final editorial decision is made. Requests must be submitted in writing by the corresponding author and include an appropriate explanation.
Requests for withdrawal after acceptance or during production will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and may be subject to the journal's Withdrawal Policy.
