Manuscript management and publication fees are requested to meet maintenance expenses such as website, hosting and domain maintenance, application development and support, DOI, plagiarism checking, ezManager (online submission, review and editorial system), SEO services, typesetting of articles in PDF etc. Authors are requested to pay appropriate manuscript management and publication fees for their articles. When an article is accepted, processed, reviewed and authorized for publication, further payment instructions are provided to the corresponding author via e-mail.

It is important for authors to carefully consider the publication fee when choosing a journal to submit their manuscript to, as this cost may be a significant factor in their decision-making process. Authors should also ensure that they are aware of any potential funding sources, such as institutional or grant funding, that may be available to cover the cost of the publication fee.

1. Article Publication Fee (APF)

Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication in IJMSDH, authors are required to pay the applicable Article Publication Fee (APF) to cover costs associated with the editorial process, peer review, and production of the article.

1.1 Fee Structure

The APF is 120 USD per accepted manuscript.

Publication fee for Indian authors is 7000/INR

Special issues or accelerated review processes may incur additional fees, which authors will be informed of prior to acceptance of their manuscript.

1.2 Payment Schedule

The APF must be paid within 1 to 2 days of receipt of acceptance notification.

Failure to complete payment within the specified period may result in delay in the publication process or withdrawal of the accepted article.

2. Payment Methods

Authors can make payment using one of the following methods:

international Authors: Paypal / Western Union / Wise.

Indian Authors: Quick Transfer / PayTM / GPay / Phonepe / Razorpay.

3. Discounts and Waivers

IJMSDH is committed to supporting research from low-income or developing countries. The journal offers fee waivers or exemptions depending on the author's country of residence, as well as special discounts for student authors.

3.1 Eligibility for Waivers

Authors from low-income countries (based on World Bank classification) can apply for partial waiver of APF.

Student authors may be eligible for exemptions if they provide proof of enrollment at an accredited academic institution.

3.2 Application Process

Authors should apply for exemptions or waivers by providing a formal request with supporting documentation during the manuscript submission process.
Exemption requests made after manuscript acceptance will not be considered.

Refund policy:

Once an article is accepted for publication, any article processing fees become payable on the article. The submitting author assumes responsibility for the article processing fee, and IJMSDH will not issue any refund.
