A LAWFUL INVESTIGATE OF MEDICATION PROGRESSION AS AN ELECTIVE PANACEA TO BATTLE MEDICATION DEALING

Abstract

The movement toward a drug elevating policy as opposed to a prohibitionist approach has not only begun, but it has also not settled down yet. Drug elevating, according to proponents, has a number of benefits, including a decrease in crime, an increase in tax revenue, a reduction in spending on the criminal justice system, improved public health, increased traffic safety, and overall economic growth. The global impact of drug ratification has been the subject of several studies. Be that as it may, accessible reports on the results of medication progression have been conflicting maybe because of restricted information. Those who oppose a drug elevating policy have argued vehemently that, in addition to having negative socioeconomic, political, and cultural effects, the strategy will also serve as an attraction for those who have not previously consumed illicit drugs. The focus of this paper is on the advantages and disadvantages of a drug elevating policy as an alternative to drug war.
