EVALUATION OF PRESCRIBING MEDICATION ERRORS IN A PEDIATRIC OUTPATIENT PHARMACY: A RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract

Prescribing medication errors in pediatric outpatient settings can have severe consequences on patient safety and health outcomes. This retrospective analysis aims to evaluate the prevalence and types of prescribing medication errors in a pediatric outpatient pharmacy. A thorough review of prescription records from [insert time period] was conducted, and medication errors were identified and categorized.
